DCC auto reverse loops

I am running a fomer DC layout converted to DCC with the Bachmann EZ Command. I have several open-ended reverse loops - that is reverse loops that do not begin and end at the same point, but rather merge with the mainline at seperate points. I have tried the MRC DCC auto reverse module (MRC PN AD520), with limited success. Most of my decoded engines enter the reverse tracks no problem, but the system stops and re-sets when they exit at the other end onto the main.

Do I need to install a module at each end of the reverse track?

Appreciate any suggestions!
