Anyone know an "everyday" source for a really small phillips screwdriver?

Thanks to the overwhelming generosity of another site member, I now have in my possession an Atlas Shay. It's a bit of a "sick" Shay but a Shay none the less. The problem is that something is going on in the internal drive train and I need to open it up to find out what. The shell is held on by four tiny phillips screws and I have yet to find a proper screwdriver. The garden variety Stanley and other generic sets don't go down small enough. "0" is the smallest they have and that's not small enough. I have looked at eyeglass repair kits but the ones I've seen so far only have small flat blade screwdrivers. So anyone know of an everyday source for a phillips screwdriver in the "00" or "000" range. I live in the boonies and would love a local source. I hate the thought of having to order something and don't have much spare cash to do so anyway.
