Lumber Mill / Mountain Theme

As I've decided for now on a mountain / lumber mill theme. I'm researching different lumber rail roads for ideas. Figure this might me a good starter layout as it will require minimal buildings other than the Mill, figure I'll need some water as most lumber mills had a river to float logs to the mill, water with floating logs (how-to) would be great.

Also need to know of any kits for lumber mills and a log cabin, or mountain cabin, figure I'll keep the scenery to a minimum. Keep my budget directed towards the switches as I'm sure I'll need many for the sidings and access to the mains as I hope to use the N-TRAK standard with an addition Main Line for a particular clubs specification, plus the mountain line as well.

Would like to have the the plans laid, so construction may begin on the module(s) by years end.

Thanks... All the help is appreciative...
