the Barn layout

Haven't given much thought about naming this layout yet , but all my
previous layout names have been descriptive of the tracks .

Golden spike was driven in at 12 high noon on 8/16/18 , test trains were put in motion .
The layout tables are a mess right now , but I took pictures anyway .

The lowest point of the layout is the port/beach/sea loop , at 37.5 inches . The tables
themselves rise as they go along the wall , finally reaching 43.5 inches at the roundhouse loop .
The layout shape is a distorted E , with ballooned ends and a 4x8 center .

Things slowed down greatly here , haven't
really done to much to the layout . I did
figure out how to make a vertical scene
divider that doesn't take up any space .
Hopefully I can kick my butt into gear soon .

I know what you mean Philip. Haven't touched my layout in over a year. Been so tired. Found out I have to have a pace maker, my pulse is real slow. Dr said it will help my fatigue. Having it done tomorrow 7/16. So hopefully I can get back to work on it.

I had 3 stents put in toward the end of January , but it hasn't sped me up .
Seemingly countless honey-dos to harvest as well , ended up packing piles
of stuff in the barn . Therefore , whenever I need something , I have to
"flip the pile" to get to it . But I'm not giving in or giving up yet .

Update : Still not a lot done to layout , some new purchases , right now a few of us are online here checking out the health of the site .
