Check out my thread NScaleSupply Customers Respond Please for all the details and the nightmare of a transaction I had with them.

I will never buy from them again, and everyone I run into I will tell them not to buy from them.

Just throw you cash in the toilet and flush and you will have the same result...just much quicker!!!
3 * GNFA310, 05-19-2008 06:07 AM I have dealt with NScale Supply for better than 3 years now. In all that time I have never had a problem.

For me NScale Supply (NSS) has proved reliable, trustworthy, and courteous. My rating for NSS is, however, 3 stars. This is because their pricing is often slightly higher than some other online dealers (e.g., 4nscale, Brooklyn Locomotive Works, MB Klein, Fifer Hobby Supply, etc.). That said, NSS often has items not carried by others .. and that is something I appreciate.

It is regretable you had such a difficult experience with NSS and it is understandable the impact it has had for you. Even so, I would let others make their own decisions whether or not to deal with NSS, or any other dealer "on" or "off"line. Share my own experiences and knowledge to be sure; but let others decide for themselves.
0 * rottin1, 04-21-2010 07:08 AM I tried purchasing some Chooch bridge abutments but they wouldn't fullfill my order because they said it didn't meet there minimum requirements! No offense, but in todays economy, I wouldn't be turning down orders, no matter how small they may be. That's fine by me though, because there's plenty more Hobby shops that would be thrilled to have business no matter how small it may be. No stars from me!

1 * PRR4935, 05-18-2010 09:52 PM I also have had negative experiences here. The owner seems to have a superiority complex... he is too good to serve potential customers.

There are much better choices one could make in online hobby shops. Top Hobby Trains, My Atomic and MB Klien are just three that come immediately to mind.
1 * NscaleTrainMan62, 05-27-2010 08:39 PM VERY BAD COMPANY
Scott was the most rude and obnoxius person I have had to deal with in a long time, He yelled and screamed like a psycho when I canceled my order as Nscale supply would not accept my physical mailing address of 52 years via paypal, this moron tried to insult me as if it was my problem and I was the cause, and canceled my online account ASAP, stay clear!!
